Deviled Egg-cellence

Hi my name is Sayuri and this is my blog. Eggs, they come from chicken and are dyed white in factories to look appetizing. Let's cut some open and hope for the best!

Deviled Eggs:

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons mustard (any kind)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

1.You will need to hard boil the eggs. This is how. 
  • Get a cooking pot and fill it with water so that an egg could be completely drowned in the water if held under.
  • Boil under medium heat 
  • Add a teaspoon of vinegar
  • Add a pinch of salt 
  • Turn off stove and  drain water
  • Let sit for 12 to 15 minutes
  • Keep eggs under cool water for 5 minutes
2. Peel of the shells of the eggs.
3. Slice each egg in half
4. Carefully  remove the yolks and place inside a separate bowl (set whites on a plate )
5. Mix/mash egg yolks together while adding in salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco and onions. 
6. Add spoonfuls of yolk into egg halves
